Good morning everyone....just wonderin' about that survey. Wasn't too sure what answer to pick.....
The weather is taking a turn to the better. Last 2 days in mid 40's, which is like a heatwave around here, but they are predicting snow now for the ride home this afternoon.

We'll see, we here in my part of NE have gotten about 4 inches of snow the whole winter.

All excited as I've been handed an early birthday present...about 2 weeks early!!  I won a trip to beautiful Port Douglas...and I am taking it for my birthday!  Yay!!  Finally won something good in a raffle!!  Yay!!

it is a beautiful morning in the tulsa metro!  looking forward another day pushing 70*! 

with baseball practice starting, jake decided that he wanted to cut his hair.  it was pretty long, almost to his shoulders.  so he has it ALL cut off.  the stylist use a #2 on her clippers, so it is very very short and clean cut.  anyhow, yesterday his french teacher says to him, "and you are...???"  she thought he was a new student!

A number 2 that must have been shocking! My son has a 1 and he has shaved all his friends heads the last couple of weeks. It is strange that short is the new long!

A little success today, I got a new part turned for a chair this morning.

I'm waiting to hear back from my eye doctor when I can get in. My right eye has been watering for about four days and doesn't seem to be getting any better. It doesn't hurt other than it is raw around it from me wiping it all the time. Hopefully I can get in to "see" him today.

Another day of riding this rock around the sun. Yee Haw.

I got in to the eye doctor. I talked to Ally a couple days ago and she was 100% correct . . . I have a blocked drain. I got some eye drops that are supposed to help and if its not better by Tuesday, I have to go back and he will jam a needle into it and flush it out with a saline solution. I hope the drops work.


Then, a friend from church called and said the roof was leaking. He asked if I could help him chop ice off the roof. So, I spent a hour and-a-half with him on a slippery, icy roof trying not to slide over the edge. We did get it cleaned off so it should stop leaking now. I can already tell I'm going to be sore tomorrow. I haven't worked that hard in a while.

Well, the needle doesn't actually go in the eye, but into the little drain duct in the corner of the eye to flush the duct out. He said to put a hot wash cloth on the corner of my eye and nose to help loosen what ever has it clogged.

You're right Mz, the exercise was good for me.
