I was drinking my soothing throat tea and could taste the licorice root in it and just wondered who liked black licorice. Cut me some slack I am sick!

I don't know many people that do like it. I am one of the few that does.

oh, i love licorice tea!  besides it being beneficial as an expectorant, i've also used teabags when i've had pink eye... very soothing.  i just love the flavor.

i like red too but I prefer black. I am the person that everyone gives there black jellybeans to! lol!

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE IT!

I just had some licorice the other day too.  It was delicous!  But it was red.

When I picked up the bag I toyed with the idea of getting the licorice bites, which mix black and red, but decided I couldn't stand even a lil' black.

I prefer red. I don't like black jellybeans and I actually haven't had black licorice in years, so I don't remember how much I disliked it. But I don't mind other licorice flavored things, like sassafras tea, or the taste of absinthe (er, um, not that I've ever tasted it...).

I'm a fan.  Same with the black jelly beans.  I think it has to do with the fact that as a kid, those were always ones kids didn't want so it meant more for me.  Same goes with the dark chocolate.  You know when you buy the hershey miniatures, the dark ones were always the last to go, so you know who always took them.  I consider both like red wine, they're an acquired taste.

I hate black licorice, and that goes for Anisette and Sambuca, both taste like black licorice to me...

I'm with you on that one D. Black licorice was so gross to me as a kid that I wouldn't eat otehr jellybeans that touched the black licorice jellybeans. Ick.
