I just listened to myself and I see that even with all the dials turned way down and the mic away from my face I was still too loud.

Wait til you see this thing JD, the mic arm dwarfs the others, makes em look like toys.  These new arms are professional grade and it makes a huge difference.

If you need to, you can turn down the levels in the EQ section as well. I think they will cut as much as 15db off if necessary.

I did spin em' down a bit webdude.

I have the gain almost down to nothing, and it still picks it up from a foot away with me just talking normal.  VERY COOL!

Seems like I have it set now though, I think all is good
