One song, that's all they had to get rights for, ONE SONG.  Billy Joel's "My Life".  They claimed they couldn't work it out.

Yet I'm sitting here watching Miami Vice which now has FOUR SEASONS ON DVD boasting ALL the original music.  Every episode has six or seven hit songs from the 80's in it.

I think they just didn't CARE when they threw together Bosom Buddies!

I'd bet my bank account that in about three years they'll release a "SPECIAL EDITION" of the show with the original music just so they can soak the idiots like me that will rebuy it
