WTH?

I'm used to waking up to happy greetings, and here it is 10:10 AM on Sunday morning and I got nuthin?

Well, I guess the balls in my court then.

Gonna be near 60 here today, and Monday is gonna be 70's!

Happy Sunday! It's already 77 degrees here! We slept with the bedroom window open last night!

Yesterday, I ended up doing a lot more than I thought I would. I'm helping a friend plan a huge cabaret type show for charity, it's going to be AWESOME! I also went to the library and the art store. And then I went to the craft store, which was having a huge sale! The patterns were only $1.99 each, so I got 4, and I got 4 yards of this pretty mauve colored fabric for only $1.99 a yard that I'll make a skirt out of, and some black linen for $2.99 a yard that I'll make some pants for summer out of, and some other notions like thread and stuff. And on top of all of that, I had a coupon for $5 off. So, I think I'll be sewing for a few days...

It's not a kit, just a pattern. Just pick up some fabric, thread, and a sewing machine while you're out.

But maybe you'd prefer the pants instead. They only take an hour.

Well, since I'll already be lookin' pretty girly wearin' a skirt in the first place, I'm thinkin' pink or floral would be overkill.

I'll go with purple, and not a girly purple, but rather a deep, dark purple.

Hmm, I guess something like that might do, although I'd lose the big metal plate in front, and I was thinking more along the lines of a mini-skirt.

I've been in & out of here today but not much going on. My husband has been bothered by something he ate. He also stayed up until 5am playing Resident Evil 4 which he completed today. I'm doing laundry. We went to the mall yesterday because he had Christmas gift cards to use. We walked around and just couldn't come up with anything to buy. He eventually decided to buy a few more wireless controllers for the PS2 and he bought a surround sound system since he knew that he would never buy one with his own money.

Hey diddly hi!  How ya all goin'?  Monday morning here but at least I don't start work until 4pm today!  My weekend that was supposed to be today is no more so looks like I have 2 weeks of work without a day off!   

Darn hot day today with an expected top of 36 degrees (celsius) and lol after all this time I still can't figure out the conversion...maybe it's just me being too lazy to look it up!

Anyway hope you are all having a happy day!
