I just checked the log and it appears that if there are no other songs available by an artist for the twofer it selects a random song from the playlist.

So, if Woo was right, does that make me wr...  wro.... wron.... NO, I CAN'T SAY IT!  IT CAN'T BE TRUE!  I CAN'T BE WRO...  

Let's just leave it at "Woo was right" shall we?
