As soon as I saw Tara's picture I was thinking she looked like someone from a TV show.  It was driving me nuts.  Then I memmered!  Not a TV show, a movie!

She played a woman who was born a man & had a sex-change.  (Not very convincing physicality-wise, but her acting was good.)
