I grew up loving them.

Back in the 80's the only Brewer games they would show were road games, and even then it was only about 50 of the 81 games they played on the road.

But I spent many a summer watching almost every Cubs game. Ryne Sandberg, Steve Trout, Ron Cey, Bill Buckner, Leon Durham, Joe Carter, and on and on. I loved those lovable losers from the north side.

But the last ten years or so they're just downright unlikable. Spending huge bucks every year to try and buy a trophy, but then playing like crap between the lines. The shiite that went down with Steve Stone. Always seeming to come up with thoroughly unlikable players.

Heck, even Sammy Sosa went out in a blaze of selfishness and foolishness, walking out on his team before the season was over.

I still like YOU! I even like Chee-KA-GO, but your sports teams just stink out loud, even when they're good.
