I gotta give a little heads up on one of my favorite pictures or you'll probably think I'm nuts (as if you don't already).

You guys know I was always a huge fan of SNL, and John & Danny in particular.

The picture below has always been one of my favorites, even though it's from a funeral, it says so much to me.  Probably more so because I read everything I could get my hands on about those two and know how close their friendship was.  Truly brothers from different mothers.

The picture has always struck a chord with me because of Danny's stance, and the look on his face.

I see it as an example of someone who's there for his friend until the very end, even though inside he's full of anger and hurt over his friends stupid and unecessary end.  The image has stuck with me since the first time I saw it, shortly after John's death.



Now I'll go see if I can find something NOT from a funeral
