Gosh do I MISS you guys! I am gonna have to work tomorrow too. The diplomas were late and I have to finish checking them so I can reorder the mistakes and the late applicants. Work has been too busy and so has the home life.

The boy has taken some lawn cutting jobs and will be our neighborhood pool boy- an ez 200 a month job! He also got signed up for sophmore year. Summer school is in the hood though this summer from 7-12 and no transportation provided. It is about 30 minutes from the house and 1 hour from my job, so I am not sure what we will do. We are looking into the public bus system, but that whole thing scares me to deathcry Emily has her first birthday party tonight and then teeball and another party tomorrow.

Anyway I feel like I have missed so much. Praying for all to have a great....

As long as the bus drops off close to the school, he should be fine!

I've got a one year old's birthday party to go to tomorrow (I bought him 3 books, one on animal sounds, one about trucks, and one Dr. Suess), and we'll probably go see Grindhouse this weekend, but that's all we've got on tap.

well, hopefully there will be no mistakes on the diplomas so you won't have to reorder...  as for the late applicants, perhaps they should have to make due with a handshake until their diplomas get in and can be mailed to them...

surely, there is a kid from the boy's school that he can ride the bus with to summer school (?).  i'd be freaking out too.  too bad there's not some kind of on-line summer school (is there?)

I have found three damaged diplomas so far and one mistake. The late applicants get ordered and rushed because we always order the honorary doctorates latehmm

The boy has no summer school friends thank God, but then that is bad, no carpooling. The bus sysytem is HORRIBLE here and the school is in the inner city of Charleston. Drugs and shootingville! If he does ride thebus we would have to drop him off about 5 am and he probably would not get home until after 2. I just worry about the friends he might make or getting muggedhmm. Anyway not y'alls problem and not my fault, just my reality.
