1) Very cool duet with Celine & Elvis (although I still hate Celine!)
2) Very Cheesy that no one was eliminated cause it was a charity nite
3) Thought is was very big of Ellen to vocally (vs in private) pledge $100K....I thought that was a wide open opportunity for the others to match or exceed her...missed opportunity!
No one left baecause it was a charity week, so they are carrying the votes over to next week...Ryan said it just didn't feel right voting someone off in a week of giving! Next week the BOTTOM TWO go!
Unless . . . . she really was the low vote getter and the producers knew she's better than that, so they let it show that she would have gone home to give people another chance to save her next week.
Anything is possible but I don't think she would have been going. I was thinking that it was probably Lakisha or Phil. I like Phil better and I would love for Chris to go away!

I was actually happy they didn't send anybody home. I did think it would be a horrible thing to do.
And the contestants seemed releived, but then were hit with the fact two go home next week, which is going to make for a tense week.
Overall I wasn't as impressed with the show as I guess I expected I'd be, but then I had pretty high expectations. It was still a great show and they did a lot of good.
Lookin' forward to sending Lakesha and Chris home next week.
This week was the first time this year I actually voted, and I voted a LOT. I found out I don't get charged cell minutes on calls to Idol, so I went to town. Voted numerous times for everyone but Lakesha and Chris.
I haven't voted this year, I'm not into it that much this year.
I did vote for "Cat" several times last year during the last few weeks. We usually vote during "Nashville Star" once someone starts to stand out on that show.
Typically, I'm not one to participate much in that kind of thing.
