What can a 43 year old has been possibly do to get the Yankees out of the toilet?  I hate Steinbrenner!!  And Clemen's has always been a trader in my eyes, since the first time he went to play for the Yankees!! frustrated.gif

Yeah, he wasn't going to even come back to anyone until late June early July originally.

But when ol' Steinbrenner offered him a one year $28 million dollar pro-rated deal he wanted to get back asap to earn as much of it as he can.

He's starting to smell like David Cone to me.  A pitching slut.  Year after year going to whoever pays him the most.

His career would be must more prestigious if he'd stayed in Boston, or even Boston & New York.
