Just got off the phone with the vet technician, they are saying today Rex is still on fluids via IV, but he has stopped vomiting and he is "Full of Spunk", and that he is alert, and playful, and that they are just waiting for the doctor to check him again, to determine "WHEN HE CAN COME HOME!~!"

So, it looks good! biggrin.gif

But we are not totally out of the woods yet!

Oh, that's awesome news! I'll bet they'll want to keep him for the rest of the day just to make sure he has enough fluids and to monitor him, but hopefully he'll get to come home tonight.

Rex if off of the IV, and he ate 2 meatballs, and kept them down. That's what the doctor just told Kaisha a little while ago!! Food sounds yummy there at the Vets. hungry.gif He will be staying another night though, for observation. So far it still looks good!

Whoa!

I missed ALL of this!  I'm glad to hear Rex is gonna be ok Darlene!

Those darn dogs will get into everything!  My mom is always having problems with Erica's dog Bella tearing into stuff and swallowing who knows what.

They always seem to do it at a time when you're about to go on a trip too hmm.gif
