Sunday, May 20

Good morning.

Got another full Sunday planned. Church activities until noon, then we are going to go see mom-in-law for a few hours.

I'm really sleepy because I stayed up too late watching a movie. I was going to "Movie Review" it but decided not to because I'm terrible at writing movie reviews.

I think it was on USA. I had never even heard of this movie before but it came on and I decided to wait and see what it was. It started and I saw it was Adam Sandler and thought "Oh, this will be a fun movie we won't have to think about". As it progressed, I saw that Drew Barrymore was in it as well.

When it was over, my wife was crying and I was just sitting here with a "wow, THAT was a good movie" kind of reaction. It was NOTHING like I had expected it to be judging only by the title and the fact that it was Adam Sandler.

I'm not going to say any more about it other than if you get a chance to rent "50 First Dates", by all means, check it out.

Morning Web, morning all.
It's 1330 here and gloriously sunny though the air is coolish.
It would have been my dad's birthday today, his76th...he was only 59 when he died....
I'm glad it's sunny smile.gif

I have seen that movie several times. I watched it last night as well. I thought Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler did a great job.smile

That's a good movie Web.  I haven't seen it since it was new.  I'll have to keep an eye on cable for a rerun.

Web, that was a perfect review.

Well, we did laundry. I think I'll check the forum out, then take a shower and head to the fabric store.
