I have a friend who is trying to tune in at work, but doesn't want to download the Live365 player for obvious reasons. How else can they tune in?

unfortunately some of the changes Live365 made in response to the whole royalty rate uproar included making it impossible to listen to their network on other players (unless the broadcaster has a pro package which we do not).
I believe if you have an old version of iTunes or MusicMatch you can still use them, but newer versions don't work.
It was playing the live stream when I used it. I think it makes a difference how you access it though. I go through the radio station link in the player to access Live365 and log in from there.
