I'm starving, and I'm about to go to lunch.  Today (like many days) off to the local supermarket to make myself a salad from their salad bar!! '

What's the rest of you having??confused

I'm skipping lunch.

I want to get back into my diet & exercise routine, and that means three days of near starvation.

Everyone say's it's not smart, but I find that if I can get three days in of really depriving myself I hit an auto-pilot where nothing bad really appeals to me anymore.

I look at it kind of like 3 days of detox, then I start eating healthy again.

i'll be lucky to eat. They just called a Director's Meeting in the kitchen. I don't want to go in there. But there is left over spaghetti in there if I ever get to eat.

I'm having something I call slop. I brown some hamburger, mix in some cream of mushroom soup and spices, then spoon it over toast. I'm also having a tangerine spritzer and black cherry yogurt.

at this point I think I am gonna skip the rest of lunch. If I get too hungry waiting for my husband tonight then maybe I will eat my spaghetti.
