I know there are at least two people around here who'll know what I'm talking about.

Anyone know if it's possible to print color seperations from a Word file?

I never seen it done from Word, Mz. I don't think you can.
If you have the adobe acrobat and are able to generate a pdf, and have Pitstop Pro, I think you could do it from there...

no.gif No Pitstop pro. What is that, a prepress program?  I am able to generate a PDf though.

Pitstop is a pdf editing program. it is brilliant! add text/ color to a supposedly locked image file...

I think the issue is with word is that the images aren't a locked image file like once a file is converted to pdf. you can grab the image in Pitstop then and select RGB or CMYK, sepererate layers. Its awesome, and I bet I only use 15% of what it can fully do. Here's more if you're interested...

Hm, maybe I can get work to get that for me... Hm, $700, that's a bit pricey...

Both. I'm just going to have to tell them to pay for full color or send it to us in something else.
