Hey Ruby! I'm good. Doing a little work and took a break to catch up a bit. We are going on our annual Florida vacation in two weeks. I can't wait. Fun in the sun.

I am hanging in there. Work has slowed down, E just learned to swim and the boys, well let's just say they are giving me a run for my money! I think the hubby might be back in line, trying to get the boy that way. He is at basketball camp this week though and they are tiring him out! How are your girls? Where in Florida? We are headed to Myrtle Beach this weekend for five days.

Sound like you have our hands full. The girls are good. Britt will be a junior this year at IUPUI and Morgan will be high school sophomore. I have Britt working at the track with me. However, I won't be working F1 this weekend. I forgot they moved it up. Made a commitment I can't get out of. It might be a good race now that Ferrari is not the top dog. Morgan just finished up travel soccer and practice for the high school season has already started. So she will be busy with that and her ever increasing social calendar. Once she starts driving (August) we might never see her again.
We are off to Ft. Myers the 27th and not coming back until the 9th of July!!!!! Nothing planned but beach, drinks, beach, eating, beach, nothing!!!! I am renting a bike while I'm down there. I've dropped 20 lbs. since I've been riding. I'm down to 169....which I haven't seen in years. I'm now lighter than my weight on my dirvers license!!! I would like to get around 160 and see what happens from there. I think more than that and I'll be too thin. I got to look good in the speedo you know!!!

Congrats on the AWESOME accomplishment! Biking gives you such toned legs and great cardio! Glad to hear you are taking care of yourself. Look out Florida- here comes Ray!

Also glad to hear the girls are good. Oh if only I had only girls hmm

Good day all! Nice to see Ray back again! I finally sold my bike last year since I wasn't using it. And the person I sold it to is getting so much use out of it. But I've been walking to Tai Chi classes twice a week, so I think that combination is totally helping me. So far I've lost 32 pounds since January '06. Not a whole lot, but I'm not really doing any dieting or exercise, really more of a lifestyle change and losing weight is just an added benefit. I've never changed the weight on my driver's license, so it still has the weight I was when I was 16, but I hope to get back down to that eventually. Just another 30 pounds to go!

hello all. I am not sure if I will be around or not. We are having computer troubles again and can't get into our programs. So far the internet is working but not sure if it will stay that way. I have a splitting headache that is making me kind of nauseous. I was fine when I woke up but it hit me when I was driving into work. I finally picked up a brace for my wrist but now I can't even work! lol!

The boss is taking us out to dinner at 5 tonight. I think it's the Directors and their spouses. I don't know why though. We are going to a steakhouse that we tried when they came out and didn't really care for them. I hope they are better now. I also have no idea who is paying. I would assume that the Directors weren't paying but I don't know about the spouses.
