Vacation is never long enough

eh, okay. Better I guess. My older brother showed up to help out w/ my mom yesterday. It was a nice reprieve. He brought enough of his stuff to stay about 3 or 4 days, so I can actually get back to living a somewhat normal life.

My BF and I talked about our relationship and he has his 4 year old today, so I'm just minding my own business, keeping away from both of them. It is father's day afterall. He can do whatever he wants. I'm just happy to be back home again, even if it's for only a few days.

Yeah it sure can when you have 3 jobs especially....LOL All of which I need to go to every day!

My brother is unemployed, and single, and a total mama's boy, so at least his life isn't turned upside down completely

I'm actually one of those people who likes to work. Each and every job I have, I am blessed to have. I love bartending at the Whitinsville Golf club, my cousin got me the job, he's the Pro there, and I love the members.

I work at another golf course, but do the bartending just for their functions. So right now I do a ton of weddings! That is a lot of fun. I like looking at their themes, the dresses, the centerpieces, and of course people like to drink at weddings so I usually make a lot of money.

And my full time job at the police dept. is monday thru friday, and I have been doing it 11 years, and I like the guys and girls I work with. It's a great job, with a ton of benefits. Even though it doesn't pay that great!!

All good things must end Allycat, but you got another vacation coming up down the road I'm sure right?

Howdy Folks, happy Sunday.

I'm at the church, just have about 15 minutes to goof off then I'll start the live audio stream.

Practice went well. We are a little weak today, the piano has gone out of tune and doesn't sound good so we're just using the keyboard today. Our main piano player is a strong, and confident player so we usually end up following her. Without her, we may be a little disconnected. Hopefully it won't be too bad. Our congregation is a pretty forgiving bunch.

Hope you dads have a good father's day. My wife said someting about buttermilk brownies being made this afternoon.

I think every Sunday should be "Father's Day".

happy father's day! just checking in to tell you that yesterday a truck caught our powerlines and broke our phone pole. we got or power back late yesterday but we still don't have phone,cable or internet. I took pictures and will post when we are back up. I am using my husband's phone to post this. this sucks!
