That's awesome Squonk! I did it once before, too, with great success. Do you use a lot of their reccommendations for recipes and foods or do you make up your own menu?

When I tried Weight Watchers, it really did work for me, but I felt hungry all the time and got tired of fussing over it.

But I tell ya, the key to losing weight is to develop a food allergy to something that's in every food! That, and find a new hobby that requires you to get some exercise. I've lost 32 pounds!

Thanks! I think I've plateaued though, I haven't lost any more for a while. But I'm not too worried about it, it really wasn't my goal to lose the weight in the first place.
