The 78th All Star Game FEATURING THE MILWAUKEE BREWERS!

In the 78th annual All Star Game, the Crew got 4 guys in, tying only the Mets for 4 players in the Mid Summer Classic.

Fielder led all first baseman and will get the start. The only NL player to beat him out in total voting was Ken Griffey, Jr.

Sheets, Cordero, and Hardy all made it as well.

For Sheets, this is his third appearance, Cordero his second, and first appearances for Fielder and Hardy.

The Fresh Prince of Milwaukee will also be participating in the home run derby a day prior to the All Star Game.

OMG That's HUGE!

I don't think we've had that many since 83 when we had a crazy number like seven or something!

WOW!

Now I just pray they come back in one peice.

Many times we've had a guy go to the all-star game and come back with his pitching mechanics or his swing all screwed up from trying to overdo it and impress people in the game.

This is SO huge though. WOW!

Wow, I just read the story and even in '83 we only had four!

I wonder if this ties a franchise record then? I can't imagine we sent more than four BEFORE 1983.

Yeah it will be!  After all those years of having our one pity pick there to represent us, it's great to have four guys that BELONG there!

For craps sake, there were years they had to pick Jeremy Burnitz just because there HAD to be a Brewer there bleh.gif

Yeah,he'll be in it, but our guys never seem to do well in it.

The couple times we've had a player in it they've pretty much been out in the first round. But then, none of them were Fielder! He's one powerful dude! He might just do us proud!!
