the dial up speed here is bumming me out- I am about to go read and drink some wine I think...lots of wine.

Do you need a license to drive a scooter Darlene?  If so then that's out.

I was driving the LAST THREE UNLICENSED WOMEN IN AMERICA today!

I just can not believe that two generations of Riggs women never got their licenses!  Crazy.  I'd go nuts depending on other people to get me to and from places all the time.

I agree, but we got a lot more work to do than just that!

We could enact a law that car manufacturers MUST have a breathalyzer built into the steering column so a car will not start if you're drunk.

And the steering wheel should have those metal heart rate thingies at 10 & 2, if your hands aren't on both of em' the engine cuts out!

And there should be a frequency scrambler in the dash that scrambles any cell phone signals so people won't use em.

And a big ACME fist should come outta the dash and smack the burger, fries, soft drink or whatever else you're stuffing down your cakehole as you drive.

The vanity mirrors should spray permanent black ink in the face of a driver if they try to do their makeup in traffic.

On the outside of the doors there should be deflector shields so anyone throwing trash or cigarette butts out the window as they drive have them smacked RIGHT BACK INTO THE CAR!

The radio dial should only go as high as 3.  4 through 10 would be just for show.  People gotta be able to hear emergency vehicles!
