Buffy actors got range!

I really enjoy the work of Harry Groener on Buffy & the Vampire Slayer.  He plays the evil Mayor Wilkens.

So I went to the internet movie database to see if he's done anything else.

Turns out I've been watching him for THREE YEARS on Las Vegas (albiet in a very small role).  He plays Gunther the chef.

I NEVER would have guessed this was the same guy!  Talk about range!  clap.gif

GOOD SHOW OL' CHAP!

lol, I loved The Mayor! After awhile you will get really good at spotting Buffy characters on other things!

Yeah, the mayor is one of my favorite characters!

I was so sad to see he's only in 14 episodes total. I hoped he'd be there the whole run.

I'm still waiting to see Xander in more stuff too. He's pretty cool, I could see him having a decent career.

Ooooooh, now they're talking about putting out a box set of ANGEL too. So when I finally finish my seven years of Buffy I'll be able to move right on to ANGEL.

By the way, I just got passed the stretch in which Angel turns evil after sleeping with Buffy. AWESOME! He plays an excellent bad guy!

I'm in early season four now and Willow just caught Oz sleeping with another werewolf, so I assume he's on his way out of the show and Willows about to turn lesbian hmm.gif

You would think Xander would be in more! I've seen him in 2 movies -one with Cordelia.

And he was in the short lived Kitchen Confidential.

Woo, have you seen him play Gunther on Las Vegas?

I really figured it was a foreign guy playing that part, the accent is very convincing.  I still can't believe it's him.

 Do you know the name of the movie he was in with Cordelia?  How bout her real name, "charisma"?  Must have had hippie parents biggrin.gif

Angel/Angelus is awesome! I love him evil as much as I love him good! I made it through the whole Willow thing just fine. It was a little hard at first but I think they did a very good job bringing everyone along for the ride. smile

I don't watch Las Vegas on a rgular basis but yes I have seen him. Many times I see him show up on shows with a beard.


Xander's movie w/ CC was a family tv movie called Relative Chaos

the other one was Psycho beach Party.

I just checked the Internet Movie Database and it looks like he just wrapped up work on two movies. So we might be seeing more of him soon.
