HANSON TO SING NATIONAL ANTHEM FOR USG SHEETROCKŪ 400
(Joliet, Ill. July 11, 2007) The three brothers who make up the band HANSON will be on hand to sing the National Anthem for the USG SHEETROCKŪ 400, NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race, at Chicagoland Speedway on Sunday, July 15.
As part of the pre-race festivities, HANSON will sing the anthem a cappella style, fulfilling a long standing tradition of NASCAR and racing events throughout the country. Their performance will be punctuated with an overhead flyby of F-16s out of the 176th Fighter Squadron.

Thanks, SG. I see today it's actually listed on "Rock On TV" under TNT. That could be a good sign that they'll actually show the National Anthem. Last time I tried to record them doing the National Anthem at a sporting event, the station showed some stupid interview or pre-game type thing.

Them usually show the National Anthem being sung. And usually an hour after the program starts it's the National Athem followed by the command to "start your engines".

I love them all. Isaac needs to grow out his hair I mean, it's naturally curly for god's sake! Naturally curly hair!
And even someone not totally into hair like me would have to admit - the guy's got a weird shaped head, and this is not a good look for him! Besides, I think young guys should do it while they can, because as the song goes, "When you get old & start losing your hair..."
But to answer your question - if you wanna get technical, my major crush is on Zac - the first one. But ya know, I'm not picky!

They were good...a nice rendition....but I was still waiting for them to sing MMMMM Bop and they din't look the same as they did back in the day!
