I don't like office jobs, but if I had to have one I'd want to work for a small company with just 4 or 5 people in the office. Then it's almost like hanging out with friends while you work (as long as none of them are jerks that is)

I much prefer small businesses.  There are downsides (like no insurance), but the atmosphere is much more enjoyable.  But when there's a couple people off, you really feel it!
