Normally I'd go with a coke, but that thing with the whipped cream and chocolate drizzle looks good!

Which reminds me, it's been forever since I had one of those oreo cookie coffee thingies from Gloria Jeans.

Anyone know what I mean?

They were made with ice, some coffee, and oreo cookies, in a blender until the ice was finely chopped, then topped off with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.

I forget what they call them, but now I crave one BADLY! hmm.gif

Oh man, we used to get those at the mall all the time!  I was a Gloria Jeans fan long before I heard of Starbucks!

Does Gloria Jeans still exist?  They closed down the mall that had one in South Bend, and I haven't seen one anywhere else.  Did Starbucks drive them out of business?

I just looked em' up, they're still around.

Those things are called Chillers. I used to get the Oreo Caramel Chiller. OMG that was better than any frozen drink I've EVER had. I tried recreating them at home and came close, but there's some special liquid they add and I'm not sure what it is :/

OH MAN MZ!

They have no locations within 100 miles of you!  (But they are accepting applications for franchisers).

I've got about 30 of them within 100 miles and 20 within 50 miles.  I'd get you a chiller and send it to you, but I don't think it'll make the trip.

I tell ya, Starbucks drove them out.  I have 7 Starbucks within 10 miles.  4 within 2 miles.

I usually go cream and sweetner, but today I'm out of creamer and milk...


I put in an extra sweetner in my "Icing on the Cake" coffee....
