For me...I've not been to many, more when I was young & Mom & Dad took us along, so it's a kinda lame list but it's a toss up between John Mellencamp (done at IU's Assembly Hall for Homecoming...AWESOME!!!) and Weird Al, with a slight edge to Al cuz of the massive amounts of costume changes, huge repertoire, Concert Only songs, comedy throughout, and Multimedia galore.
well, as previously discussed, for me it would be the Meat Loaf concerts I've attended to. The others didn't even come close.
I did get to see Huey Lewis & the News back in 2001 at the Star Theatre in Indiana. It was a perfect setting for a smaller scale show like his and that was a really fun concert. I had seen him at the height of his popularity back in the 80's, but had crappy seats so I couldn't see anything. That's never any fun.
OOOOO I was so gonna see that HLN show at the Star, something came up & I missed it...That was for his Plan B album right...I hope to see them someday, if they are still touring
C'mon all you annono-peeps, NO ONE has been to a great concert???? Just Jeremy & I? Wow, I can't believe that, especially with as much money is pulled into concerts now a-days, and how fast they sell out...lets hear from you
Shania a few years ago, right after Come On Over came out. GREAT SHOW. She was incredibly energetic and really got the crowd into it. I originally went with a friend because she liked her, but after the concert I think I was hooked and bought all her discs
The best concert I ever went to was Duran Duran in Stuttgart Germany in '87. It was fantastic. We got to see them drive up and I took rolls and rolls of film. It was electric (no boogie woogie). I have an off sense of humor. Anyway, I've been to lots of concerts, but that was the best. Skid Row/Bon Jovi in Little Rock, AR, was great, too.

Welcome to the boards Trish! Are you by chance our St. Louis Cardinals fan? If so, I'm sorry
But hey! All they gotta do is give the Sox the same treatment they gave the Yankees!
I would have loved to have seen Duran Duran back in 87, that was right near the end of their massive run of big hits, it would have been a hit-filled show!
