I ordered Rachael Ray's 365 Meals for 365 days yesterday.

Every meal can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.

I think I'm going to start January 1 and see if I can actually go 365 straight days making the recipes out of the book for my main meal of the day.

Anyone care to place any bets on how long I can make it?!?

I'll have to wait to find out.

I actually joined a cook book club.  I get five books now for $20.00 total, and I only have to buy one more book at regular club prices ($750.00 - $1500.00 plus shipping) in the next year.

I think I got a deal!  clap.gif

As long as the food isn't too bad for you.  A lot of fatty stuff, I think I could do it!  I think I could go the whole year!

And you can help calorie and fat counts with a lot of different substitutions, so I'm feeling confident!

The only days that will be out probably are holidays and vacations.

The concept sounds good to me, but I don't think I'd make it past 30 days myself JR. 

If you actually do try this, you'll have to post a few of the meal plans for us.....I'm always looking for something new to feed my family.  I get bored with the same ole, same ole all the time.
