Morning all. I did not sleep well last night. Right before I went to bed I felt a sharp pain in my breast. There is a large lump where the pain is and everytime I rolled on it, it woke me up. I will call the doctor's office this morning and go from there. I am sure it is a clogged duct or something, but I know I need to have it checked. It is very sore and the lump is well definedcry

Morning Ultimo and let's think even more positive! We are not going anywhere and the is healing on the way!

Good morning everyone!  Today is my youngest daughter's 15th birthday, but we have to postpone the celebration until tomorrow.  My dad is having knee surgery today and I have to take him to the hospital......he has to be there by noon, surgery isn't scheduled until 4:00 so I don't expect to be home until 9 or 10 tonight.  I hate hanging around a hospital all day, but when it's family, ya gotta do what you gotta do.

Ruby, sorry to hear of your discomfort.  If this just came on suddenly, I'm sure it isn't too serious......probably a blocked duct as you suspect, (those things are painful, ouch!!)  but it's always good to get it checked out.

Good luck Ruby! I've got a doctor's appointment today too, but it's just the yearly check up. But I no longer have insurance, so I'm worried about the cost.

Ruby- Keep us posted as to your situation; a lump no matter how big or small can be damaging but This one will not be! it will be a bruise from to much fun stuff smile.gif


Ghost- Go take care of your dad. The support will be needed. As for your daughter. Because you have to [postpone her birthday till tomorrow then that means one extra present !!!! ( thats the way I always looked at it. )

That reminds me . . . . our local radio station has a morning show that lasts about an hour and a half. The two DJ's were talking about people driving while talking on their phones and what a problem it has become.

One lady called in to add her 2 cents. She was going on about how her daughter was rearended by a guy talking on his cell phone. The best was the last thing she said as she hung up: "Its been over two years and she is still taking treatments from the rear end!"
