Just popping in before going out to water my shrubs, flowers, and salsa garden. My two tomato plants are like something out of that crazy plant eating movie. Can't remember the name, just remember the phrase, "Feed me Seymore". It had Rick Moranis in it. Anyway... I have two tomato plants and a whole refridgerator FULL of tomatoes. I've taken salsa to work for coworkers, and neighbors, now I'm getting ready to make a batch for some friends. My pepper plants did goo too. However, I'll pass on planting the cilantro next year. Their timing with the tomatoes was off. Once the tomatoes started coming in full force, it died out.

After that, it's off to church, and maybe an open house or two with my mom. Just keeping my options open in the event I need to sell the house after the divorce.

PS: Does anybody else's McDonalds have those DVD rental boxes for $1. We just got ours and they're FABULOUS!! New releases for buck a day!!

TG, I think the movie you're thinking of is "Little Shop of Horrors".

I've got three weeks of not playing with the praise team at church. We were gone last weekend, and this week and next week two of our main players are gone to Mexico on a missions trip. Three Sundays of sleeping in . . . I'll probably get soft.

My wife is really excited. We just found out that her favorite cousin is coming to stay with us for a couple days next weekend. It will be fun to have some visitors here.

We have the county fair parade at 3:00 today. My wife has to go through it with her work's float so the boy and I will be in charge of gathering the candy.

morning everyone! Desending into "HELL" at Dillards again. I got stuck in the Childrens department yesterday because the 2 girls that were supposed to open yesterday did not show up.  On friday they did 27000.00 alone. ( it helped that we also had an extra 30% off already reduced merchandise. ) Yesterday they were at 22000 by 6 pm. I was there from 830am till 10 pm last night and I AM EXAUSTED!

Hello all! Well this weekend is not the greatest one for me, but it could have been worse. I had a headache Friday night that ran into Saturday. Saturday was the girl's 15th birthday and the adults were needed to drive her and her friends to the lake for part of the day. Luckily she had some friends cancel otherwise I would have had to drive too. I was not expecting a warm welcome due to recent problems but overall it was not bad.

We both slept in late today- 10:30 and I will probably have to take a sleeping pill to even get to sleep at a decent time!

We are finally getting some rain so it looks very dreary. I have work to do but am lacking motivation.

Good morning everyone, it's gonna be a hot one today. We bought a twenty five foot maple tree at Menards the other day so I will be spending a couple hours on the chain gang digging a big whole in the back yard. Then maybe we will go gauk at some of those biker people. Have a good one.smile

Hello FFR friends. I worked late last night. I did a wedding reception. I got home after 1AM. Kaisha left Rex here last night so she could go to the Bravery concert, and when I got home he was tied outside. cry.gif

Apparently he was barking last night too, because I heard about it from my neighbor. hmm.gif

Just being lazy today, I have to clean the floors, and do laundry as soon as I get some energy....which may never come.

Church and lunch is over.

The boy decided to walk through the parade with mom and help hand out bank schwag along the route. So, I'll be watching the parade by myself. I could probably almost skip the parade, but they asked me to get some pictures of the bank float while it passes in front of the bank. Yay, time sitting in the sun! (That was sarcasm.)

just about show time!smile

state fair was fun. kinda got tired of crowds and it was really humid tho. but otherwise its fun. I like to see old people being pushed in wheelchairs through the horse barn so they can pet the horses. the smiles on their faces were so huge.

the klidesdale horses were awesome!!
