Hello all! Well last night I went to get my eyes reexamined and I ended up with the exact same prescription as they did my new glasses in! So I have no idea why I am having trouble with them. So we decided that I would give them a longer trial period before trying to get them remade. Then we get out to the parking lot and the car won't start. So the new battery didn't fix the problem. We were wondering what to do since no one was stoping to ask if we needed a jump. We really didn't have money for a wrecker but we were trying to look one up on his work phone but we couldn't get the internet to connect! Anyway after messing with some wires we eventually got it to start. So there is a bad connection going to the starter and the wires are gonna need replaced. This ruined the whole night. My husband is so stressed and so pissy lately that this just sent him over the top. Then we get home and the remote isn't working properly for the cable. During the attempt to fix it he ends up yelling at me. It was not a good night. We are gonna take the truck up to his parents house. Maybe fishing will do him some good.

Good day all. I had a good dream last night, so I woke up in a good mood this morning.
In my dream, Brian and I were staying at my grandparent's house while they were away. It was a Friday night, I was in their family room on the computer, chatting on the forum. On the forum, JD asked JR to join him at the Irish Lion (a Bloomington pub). So I decided to show up too. When I got there, JD was in the bathroom, and JR was sitting at the table alone. So I sat down, and he said he was mad at me for sleeping with his best friend. I was flabbergasted, and finally got out of him that because I ate hummus, it was like sleeping with his best friend. But then JR ordered some fried hummus and tasted it, and liked it, so he forgave me. Then JD came back to the table, and we all sat around drinking. I drank a whole bottle of wine and was a bit tipsy, but JR only had one glass of mead (which is a normal drink for the Irish Lion). So then we decided to go hang out at the studio, and since he had drank the least, JR drove, and we invited the waitress to come along. We were driving down Tapp Road in Bloomington and talking about the local sights when my alarm clock went off.
I almost shut my alarm clock off thinking it was Saturday morning!
Morning all! My last day here. Will not be a full day. Shop tonight and then get some sleep- I hope. Need some souvenirs for the kids. I really miss E and can't wait to see her. She has been good though without me!
Glad you are in a good mood MZ, sorry it's not Saturday though!
Woo I am really praying for you two. It's hard not to take stuff out on your loved ones, especaially when you feel your ability to provide is threatened. Doesn't make it right though. I am truly sorry this is happening to you.
Good Morning everyone. Woo, does it make a clicking sound when you are turning the key or nothing at all? When the car is running are your headlights dim? What other symptoms can you tell me?

Sometimes, when i'm lonely... i crawl into a laundry basket and tickle my ears. But, Some times I don't...
no clicking. everything goes dead. no lights no sounds. I don't know what was going on on the outside.
Once he wiggled the wire we eventually got the lights and clock back. But we would turn the key and all would be dead again. When it decided to start the only difference was that the door ajar sound had returned. It appears that the battery is holding the charge because the clock was advancing and not constantly going to 12:00. He thinks he knows what he has to replace. When I questioned him he gave me that appauled look- lol "Honey I helped build a race car" I told him that I didn't know what part he had in that, I wasn't around then. For all I knew he coulda been the "supervisor" I didn't say that last part.

Morning everyone! Last night my daughter brought home the movie "300". She said it was good so I watched it with her. I didn't like it at all, thought it could've been a whole lot better. I'm glad I didn't pay to see it when it was playing in the theaters!
She also told me she wants to re-do her bedroom. She said she'll buy the paint and do it herself. Sounded good to me until she told me what she wants to do. She wants to paint all the walls and ceiling black then use a bright glow in the dark green to "decorate" the walls with. Hmmm........I don't know about this. Told her I'll think about it and get back to her.
