Another thing I can't stand is form responses. Most of the time, they don't answer my question. And talk about anti-customer service.
Back in January I bought a cell phone charger from Eddie Bauer on clearance at a store closing sale. I paid cash, I did not keep my receipt. I only used it a couple times, then it stopped working. I would like to get another. So I decided to email them and ask if my item is eligible for replacement (I figure the answer is no, but hey, at least I asked). I just got an email back that explains how to return an item, and briefly mentions that items marked for final sale aren't returnable, but it doesn't say how a customer would know. It does say that items without a receipt can be returned for credit, so I'm assuming maybe I can return it. I still don't know! Wouldn't it have been easier for them to actually read my email and say yes or no?
So I finally saw the musical episode this weekend. And it was FAB-ULOUS!! Even better than I expected. Amber Benson can really sing! Her song was so beautiful (I've requested it, so I can hear it again.)
Also saw some major major happenings on ANGEL, but don't know where Woo & Riggs are on that series, so won't say anything yet.

Yeah, before I saw the musical episode, I didn't appreciate that song as much as some of the others. Now that I've seen it, that song gives me the chills.
sadly I haven't even started Angel. I had plans of doing some watching while making some cards over the weekend but I didn't do any of that. I watched a movie with him in it but that was all.
As far as the musical, the first time I didn't get the full effect. It carried some story lines but I wasn't in awe. But the more I watched it the more I liked it.
I really like Giles and Tara's voices together. Even though it's short- I think it's my favorite.

Oh yes. Very intense & beautifully directed, too.
