rofl.gif While I don't think I am a pessimist or have a bad attitude by any means, I do get a kick out of these. The real motivator posters can be so saccharine. Some are cool, but I hate it when people start over-quoting them because it's a "good motivational tool" in the workplace.

I have one that hangs on the wall behind me that says something about customer service. That's technically not the department I work for, but its on MY wall....its a bad gag me with a spoon one too....weirdface

The funny thing about customer service motivators is that they are used often to inspire reps, but then the companies themselves sometimes get lost in technologies and policies that doom customer satisfaction from the start:
- automated phone trees
- reps obliged to answer customer questions from scripts
- offshoring customer service to people who do not know the language well
- providing insufficient training for reps


The list goes on. hmm

I had read somewhere that one of the biggest injustices of business is to give its associates responsibility without authority.....hmm
