i'm in trouble when she sees the topic title ashamed

i just got off the phone with ruby and she asked me to pass on the results of her doctor appointment...

great news! it's the cyst going through the healing process and she doesn't have to see a cancer doctor....

whew!

Oh and mammograms- NO wonder people do not go often, they flatten your breast like a pancake between two plastics pieces and when you say you're at your pain threshold then they crank the machine by hand! I have bruises from them taking 6 shots on one side at every angle!

But I would much rather have a bruise than a tumor!


Please remind the ladies in your life that October is breast cancer awareness month.smile

we manage the publications of a company that makes mammogram and x-ray machines. Some of them boob flattening pictues look just painful!bleh

Plus all the models are like 72....cry

That's great that everything turned out for the better Ruby! Congrats!

BTW, I empathize about the mammogram. As if women don't suffer enough pain and inignities during some routine doctor visits...mams are the WORST!

 I would think a 70 year old's flattened boob does not look much different than a 20 year olds!biggrin
