i think i'll have a cinnamon roll. thank you!

the office energy the past week has been very sour, so i am ready for this week to just be over. we have one who tends to be a non-stop complainer about everything and another who is always finding errands that need to be run (probably to get away from the complaining).

the tulsa metro weather today will be a breezy 73

which reminds me... i'd better check the propane tank see where we're at... last season, hubby didn't check it and we almost ran out when we had that two weeks of severe weather and couldn't get propane delivered to our house in the sticks furious.gif

Today was random enough that I'm not convinced I didn't dream it. Was super busy at work, and I kept getting interrupted either by the phone or by someone asking for their stuff first. Then found out a friend took a half day, so at the last minute we decided to go to lunch at a new restaurant in town. It was good, may have had a trace amount of corn, but if so it only affected me briefly. Came back to an email from the CFO of my old employer saying the 401k company figured my payout wrong and I get extra money! I asked how her twin boys were, and she said that one of them still asks about me, so I told her to tell him hi. (When I first started to work there, someone made me cry right before she left work to pick up her kids. So after she picked up her kids, she called me to make sure I was okay. Her one boy said they should buy me flowers to make me feel better. I didn't get flowers, but he later made me a snowman out of a sock and some dried beans. I thought it was sweet.) Also at some point during the day, I missed a call from another friend. So, I'm going to go home, call her back, and then call the friend I went to lunch with because we never talked about this weekend like we were going to. (And I hate the phone...) I also need to call my mom at some point. And I need to get some supper in me before tai chi class. I don't think I'm going to walk there, I don't think there's enough time.

Doesn't that sound random enough to sound like a dream?
