Had a bad dream so I'm up early Saturday

Hubby left at 4 to go fishing and I fell back asleep. I dreamt that we took E to a mall/amusement park/ bar. The hubby got drunk and then we separated and neither had E. The bar was full of famous people, our car was missing and we were could not call the cops cause we could not find a public phone and no one would help me- EVERYONE was drunk. It was awful, I tried repeatedly to wake up. I found the hubby and he kept getting drunker. Then I find the car and realized my purse was gone.


Now I am up- exhausted, but not going back to sleep.

Wow Ruby Not a good dream at all. Hopefully the rest of your saturday is better.

I get to work at Dillards today. Lots of Christmas work to do.

Oh man, I hate dreams like that! Maybe you need to do something to de-stress a bit. Go exercise or take a nice long bubblebath or something.

HI, Beena quiet misty day in my neck of the woods... I spent most of the day watching a juvenile house sparrow. She has spent the entre day in my back yard and will come to about 3 feet away from me...She is either very lazy or has not quite mastered the art of long distance flight yet as the furthest she has fluttered is about 2 feet... or maybe she's just too tired to fly at the moment - but she is not a scrawny wee thing....There is ample food and water in the yard...
She has now made her way into the tree (hopefully for the night) via the bushes. I am slightly concerned for her as there are quite a few cats in the neighbourhood and they do visit my yard... I will be anxiously looking for her in the morning

I went to Walmart this morning to re-stock some household supplies.....cleaning supplies, over the counter medications, and paper products. I spent the afternoon curled up with a book since both of my girls are gone today.....youngest is down near Detroit for a band competition, oldest has to work all day. It isn't often I get to indulge myself with a whole afternoon of reading.....it felt great too! smile.gif Now I'm thinking of what I want to eat....I'm hungry, and a bowl of tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich sounds pretty darn good right now!

Well my day got much better. E's little friend left at 9. We walked the neighborhood- it was a nice cool 60. Our neighborhood was having a yard sale, not me tho. Anyway then to Wally world, back home for lunch, then to the library. I finished the laundry and cleaned the cabinets under my sink.


I also watched a GREAT chick flick- Evening. Give it a watch girls!
