Shame on me A cool music thread like this, and I have yet to add my 2 cents. Time to get around to playing catch up---

one of my favorite videos! There was a clearer version but it wouldn't let me link it.
Ah yeah. A great video, and ground-breaking - We hadn't seen anything like it before. Silly teenager that I was, I think I cried the first time I saw it!

well as you see- I think Mz's idea was great- lol!
Evanescence- Call Me When You're Sober
I love the dark fairytale theme. And here is one of those times where I am attracted to the darkside- that guy is hot!
--------------
I had never seen that before - beautiful video. Love the wolves, and most especially the colors. Gorgeous use of colors - the reds & the way their eyes stand out. And the guy -- He's purdy. Looks familiar - Did I see him in one of our "hot guys" threads?
Oh, and about the "one of those times" you're attracted to the dark side? Uh-huh - Miss Fall In Love With Sexy Vamps herself!

Thanks so much for finding and adding this one Mz!!!! I sure wish I could've been there to see my favorite band last night. Just got the newest issue of Rolling Stone and they're on the cover.
Everyone is hoping for a tour, but as much as I love Led Zeppelin, I don't want them to tour. For one, they're a legend, and I kind of want them to remain that way. For another, I love Robert Plant's and John Paul Jones' solo projects. (I don't know if I've heard anything that Jimmy Page has done recently.) But really, I don't think I'd be able to afford it, and I'd feel terrible to miss that.
Yeah, I kinda feel the same way about them touring. I'd love to see them, but I know I wouldn't be able to afford to go to a concert. I like Robert Plant's solo stuff too. I haven't heard anything by JPJ.....I'll have to look for some. I recently downloaded some new music Jimmy Page has done. I got it from Spiralfrog.com if you're interested.
I also noticed that Robert Plant trimmed up quite a bit for the show. In other pictures I've seen of him recently, he'd put on a bit of weight.
He looks pretty good on the cover of Rolling Stone.
Honestly, even knowing that they've aged and seeing pics of them here and there.......I was a little shocked by how old they look now, haha. Guess I still picture them as forever young in my mind.
I have JPJ's album The Thunderthief, and I saw him in concert with King Crimson. Some really good stuff, and his concert was one of the best I've ever been to. I've been meaning to see if he has another album out yet.
Have you heard any of Robert Plant and Allison Krause? There's one song they've been playing on the radio, that I can't decide whether or not I like. It sounds like an awesome Robert Plant song, that part I really like, but with Allison Krause attempting to sing along. Even though Plant can't reach the notes he used to, his range is much larger than Krause's, so I don't think their voices go together.

Yeah, it's disappointing that they're not immortal. I still have the hots for Robert Plant though!
But, as I was saying, picture from Rolling Stone:
Robert Plant and Allison Krause (kind of trimmed up here too):
I think I've heard the song you're talking about. I didn't really like it, but I'd have to listen to it a couple more times before I write it off. Thanks for the album name by JPJ......I'll see if I can find it over on Spiralfrog.
