I hope to get a lot done so that if I don't feel any better tomorrow morning I can stay home. Just with last week being short I am behind in entering data for next week's payroll.
On the plus side, my nightime medicine allowed me to sleep. But now that's all I wanna do since I haven't been sleeping.
Carry on....

Aw man, cold medicine hangovers suck. I hope you can stay home and get some rest tomorrow.
I have no clue why, but I just cannot get with it today. It's like I'm still stuck in dreamland. I feel okay, I just can't wake up. Hopefully the coffee will help.
Speaking of dreamland, I had this dream last night: There was this couple that owned a mansion that opened their grounds to the public. It was beautiful gardens with ponds and fountains and even a couple small swimming pools. I would go over in the middle of the night and swim in a small pool by moonlight with no one else around. I loved this place. So one time when I was walking through the gardens at dusk, someone broke a window in one of the archways and stole something little, like a knick knack. Their "accomplice" got away, but the butler (or someone similar) caught the guy. Instead of punishing him or reporting him to the police, they invited him and his friends to a fancy dress ball. Right before the butler type guy went back to the mansion, I gave him a letter and asked him to give it to the owners. The letter explained how much I loved the gardens and appreciate that they let the public in. I got invited to the ball by one of the thief's friends. I really wanted to go, but I declined because I didn't want to be associated with the guy who could have gotten everyone banned from the gardens. I happened to be there when everyone was leaving the ball, and one of my good friends had went and she was crying because by being so nice to everyone they made them feel guilty about the vandalism. Then she said that the owners had asked why I wasn't there. As they were leaving, the butler dude came out and invited me into the mansion and the restricted part of the gardens. Part of the mansion was a children's hospital. In the children's hospital wing, there was also a drug and alcohol addiction meeting going on. I passed through there on my tour, but I went back into the children's section and played with some of the kids to cheer them up. Then we went back outside to the gardens that the public doesn't get to see. The butler was almost like a friend showing me around, he wasn't all formal. While walking through one part I slipped and fell through a window. I apologized profusely. The glass in the window was green, and the room I fell into was a bright light blue with white trim. There was a nanny with a baby there, and she laid the baby down in the crib and left the room. I picked the baby up, but bumped her head, and she didn't cry but she said, "ow." I then held her and walked around the room with her. Then the owners and parents came in and asked if I would babysit for them occasionally, and I agreed.
Does that sound like a Charles Dickens novel or what? Secret-Garden-ish maybe?
I went to bed last night at 11 pm or so, because I was just tired. I was hoping the extra hour or 2 would help, but right as rain I woke up at 5 am and had been tossing and turning ever since. Now I'm just fuzzy headed and blurry. It seems like 6 hrs, whenever they come, is about the limit for my ability to sleep. which is a shame, I feel I coulda really used 8 or 9 last night.
