The point system for the Official Name that 80's Song Thread works as follows (for now...it's like the BCS, it keeps changing)
Correct Guess (title & artist)= 1 pt, Stumper (over 24 Hrs w/o a correct guess, Fri-Mon = 1 day)= 2 pts, Incorrect Guess = -1 pt (board senoirity will break ties for now)
In the Game Thread, You'll see this every once & a while

I'll try to update the standings at least once a week. After a certain length of time There may be Prizes (this is on my own of course, but if it catches on, maybe I can persuade the Jazz Doctor for a small supply of FFR Magnets!!! One can hope) Have fun And guess those 80's Songs!!!!
Jeremy Riggs none correct...(He loses a full point for having at least two bones thrown his way and missing them both, but he gets a 1/2 point for having the Jazz Doctor in Studio on Monday...His first correct answer will bring his score back to normal, though he may never be)

Well, the 80's tune game seems to be winding down, as it's been nearly a week since the last update in the standings ( had been almost daily) it's not over yet though...keep on guessing, we'll go through New Years (No Offense to those who don't use the Roman Calendar, but 12:01am CST Jan 1, 2005 is the time i'm using, CST cuz that's the location of Freezeframe...not that it matters you'll all be partying at New Years Parties)...Prizes to follow...
