Sparkling personality doesn't hurt! But I did say "on a face." As in "facial features." I love studying faces.

And by the way, I do have a lot of guys in my life who say, "Wow! Nice eyebrows!" when they look at a girl. Or "Who would do that to their eyebrows!?" like Riggs.

I agree with LS......eyebrows do help add definition to a face, and can also convey many emotions too. 

With that said, I'm deficient in the eyebrow category.  Being a blonde means having no noticable eyebrows.  But it's also a plus in the maintence department.....it doesn't show when I slack off on plucking.  smile

That's cool.  My friend once dated a girl who was very blonde.  And I was talking to her one day out in the sun, and she told me she never had to shave her legs.  I looked closely and sure enough - long soft hairs on her legs.  You'd never notice them unless you really looked for them, though.  That must've been great!
