Man, am I exhausted. And I'm still in a bit of a bad mood. I had a stressful day yesterday working on a big proposal, worked late, then had to do laundry and grocery shopping before my tai chi class. Although the tai chi helped, I was still really stressed out.
My husband got home from his friend's house about a half hour after bedtime (they were watching a movie), and then decided to take a shower, so I really didn't even get the chance to try to sleep until late. And then he started coughing again, so he went downstairs to sleep on the couch, with his head propped up, so we both got a little sleep. But I don't sleep all that well when he's not there.
Today is going to be another stressful day at work. A lot of regular work got pushed aside to work on the proposal, so now I'm behind. And the proposal still isn't done, we plan to work on it more today (I'm actually hoping we can push it off until Monday).
After work, we have to pack (I didn't get time to do it last night), and then leave for Chicago. The plan is supposed to be to go out when we get there, but I'm doubtful that I'll be up for it. We'll see.
Here but don't wanna be. I found more stuff out about the talk about my job position here and it just made it worse. This is at least 6 months out if they decide to change things. If they decide to change things with the company then I will start looking at what they can legally do with me and evaluate my options then. In the meantime I am gonna try to have a decent Friday. Hopefully I don't hear anymore crap today and can just work.
