I like Italian dressings and vinaigrettes, but if calories were not an issue blue cheese for me!

I like the italian viniagrette mostly. But every once in awhile a good ranch, like a peppercorn ranch is what I want. I like that both are versitile too for different recepies, like with chicken.smile.gif

I miss ranch dressing. But now, so many dressings have xantham gum, that it's hard to find any I can have. I found a blue cheese vinaigrette that I love!

There is this really yummy dressing that we've only been able to find in Hawaii. Other than that I don't put any dressing on my salads.

I like dill ranch or Thousand Island the best, I don't really like croutons, my favorite thing to do is smash some crackers on the top.

I like Dorothy Lynch now and then too.

I had to haul a case of Dorthy Lynch to Tennessee one time we went there on vacation. A lady I worked with also had friends in the same area where we were going. They loved it but couldn't get it down there so she had me take them a case of salad dressing.

That was a long time ago. They might have it there now.

I would have thought they had expanded further by now.

Its kind of like a French dressing with a little more zing.

They even have a web site.

Ok I have 2. Usually Ranch but then I really like Catalina too. But we make a taco salad that we use Catalina with so sometimes I just get my fix with that.

i love bleu cheese -- the chunkier the better, but i try to stay away from it these days.
