Dropped my van off at the shop to get my oil changed. Hubby went to vote- only Republicans today next Saturday is Democrats here. That is stupid! Anyway cleaning around here. Gonna head to the bank in a bit and drop the hubby's truck off next!

According to my FireFox temperature gauge it's -3 degrees out.  That can't be right can it?  I best go check my actual thermometer.

Wow!  It might be right!  My actual thermometer says 1.7 degrees outside! 

The FireFox is taken from the airport which is closer to the lake.

Hey.

Happy Saturday.

Packer game? There's a Packer game tomorrow?

It was -4 when I got up, its 6 now so its warming up nicely. It says we may get all the way up to 16. I can't wait.

I'm watching Lynyrd Skynyrd on VH1 when they were at the Milwaulkee Summerfest in 2006!! Wow! Amazing show!! I like them, so what if they are old... LOL Like me!

Just got home from the tax office about half an hour ago. And I'm already in sweatpants, a comfy shirt, slipper socks, and my robe. It's cold out there! I'm so glad I got a ride!

Oh how I hate the cold! We managed to go to Wally World to get a few household items we have been putting off, stoped at Game Stop and then we went to an early dinner. The worst was having to pump gas while he filled the kerosene tank. Man that was cold! Brrrrrrr! Now I am making some money via internet and playing a game. Later on there is a hockey game.

We were busy today.

We picked up some bins last night. The boy and I got the race car set packed up and put away for a while. We'll wait a month or so before we get it back out again.

My wife's nephew came to pick up our plastic workbench and tools for his son. Our's has outgrown it and we're tired of walking around it. While he was here, he was talking about taking some metal to recycling so we sent an old workout machine with him. Its feels good to purge stuff that isn't being used or no longer wanted.

The boy and I had haircuts this afternoon so we're less shaggy.

We're still working on some general cleaning and organizing.

We also picked up the new Eagles CD set yesterday. We haven't listened to it yet. The boy spent some of his Christmas money and got a ship toy and the "Veggie Tales sing hits of the 70's". If you know the Veggie Tales, its pretty funny listening to them sing the old funky hits.

We rented Mr. Brooks and will be watching that later after the boy is in bed.
