HERE! Can I go back to bed now? I had a weird dream. I was on Survivor but it wasn't the Survivor we know except for Jeff Probst. It felt more like summer camp. The reason I say that was that we all seemed really close with Jeff. Talking a lot in between things and such. He was asking us what we wanted for dinner and whatever we asked for we got. We didn't know it was to be part of the final challenge. There were spectators including my husband. He didn't think I would win but it wasn't that he didn't think I could do it. It was just that we have poor luck and he didn't want me to get my hopes up and just do the best I could. The spectators were not allowed to watch the final challenge. We got served dinner, mine was sweet & sour chicken but I swear it changed later to something with potatoes. (I had stew last night) Then we were told that it was to be part of the challenge. You had to eat it really fast and then move on to the next part. I was done first but I don't remember the next part except for running about. I seemed that I had one friend who was competing. I know that I won and many people were not happy. There was no voting either. It had only to do with the challenge. After that we took a walk remembering those that had competed with us. This is normally done before the final part. We then were collecting our belongings and I grabbed Jeff's bag. A bunch of us were walking together and his sleep pants fell out and fell into a damp sink that I was walking by. Out fell oatmeal and some corn and it started to muck up. So in a very summer camp way, someone was trying pull a prank on him. That is when I woke up by my alarm. WTH?! Survivor isn't even on right now- lol!

Wow Woo! Maybe you should send in a Survivor video and see if you can get on! Well it's warmer here today, a whole 8 above. I'm sure I will be running around like a chicken with its head cut off again today. Have a great day.

What a difference 30 degrees makes. Its still cold and windy, but about 30 degrees warmer than yesterday. Its already as warm as its supposed to get for the day, however.
We've been watching Biggest Loser instead of Idol, but we may be switching soon. We're both not happy with how they are making this one more about the game and more like Survivor and Big Brother. Last nights alliances, twists and turns in "the game" pretty much turned us off of it.
Oh I forgot to tell you that yesterday one of our staff had to perform CPR on one of the customers that we shovel for. The crew pulled up behind the garbage truck guys who and noticed something wrong. They found the old man in the snow. I guess he was still warm to the touch but he was gone already. It looked as if the old man was just being impatient and trying to shovel the snow himself.
Our staff was pretty shook up. He is only in his early twenties. Kinda hard to find someone like that.

My cousin and I found an old man dead in his garage walking home from school when we were 11, he was laying there and the grinder he was working on was still going. We ran to my Grandma's house half a block away and she called the police. I can still remember it like it was yesterday. He died of a heart attack. Back then the only thing they did was the school counselor asked if we were ok or had any questions the next day. Now I'm sure it would be weeks of counseling. Sorry to hear that Woo.

Konichiwa! Good morning all, hope you are having a good day. Busy day ahead but I'm up for it. Today we tear down the Gandhi King Ikeda exhibit and send it back to Chicago - it was so cool that we had it here! Other than that, nothing eventful so far. TTYL!

argh! I just heard that we have more snow on the way. If we get what they are predicting it's gonna be a mess tomorrow morning! It's supposed to be done by 4am. And if they are wrong on timing it may put a delay or a closing on my work. Part of me is hoping for a snow day. But with my luck it would just be a 2hr delay.
