LEXINGTON, N.C. - Deputies said an argument between two men escalated when one of the men ran down and killed the other with a one-ton Ford truck. Joshua Anderson Gray was arrested Friday near his home on Biesecker Road.
He's been charged with killing Jack Mickel.
Witnesses told deputies the two were arguing about property trespassing, and that's when Gray killed Mickel.
