I used to get into fights alot, when I was 19 I got in a fight with a guy who's Dad just happened to be the police chief in the next town over. We both were arrested, for some reason he got off...

I was also arrested at a street dance for under age drinking, resisting arrest and eluding a police officer, it was 2 stinking months before my 21st. birthday. One of the first times AC and I had met. aww.gif

Oh, and to add to it I was in a police cadet program from a previous underage consumption charge at the time of the street dance, this is why I was trying to run....since I knew all of the cops there. I did finish the program and they wanted me to join the force after I graduated. So kids it just goes to show you we can grow up to be pilars of the community. nod.gif

this is a memory I don't remember well. I don't believe I ever have. My Mom got me hand-me-down ice skates for me but they didn't fit. I was extremely upset! But i never got another pair. Today I am not sure my ankles could handle it- not that i wouldn't try.

For me, there are two different reasons.  In high school, I tried a cigarette just to see what the hype was all about.  Then at an old job, you really only got cigarette breaks, so I smoked about 2 cloves a day for a while just to get an extra break.  But as phony as it sounds, trufully I never inhaled the smoke into my lungs.

I don't have a good story about smoking. My Dad and sister did. I was a person that had split friends. The goodies and the troublemakers laughing.gif I never really fit in either side. Hanging with the troublemakers, I started smoking at 13. Quiting wasn't really a thought out plan. I just never smoked around my future husband unless I was mad at him so eventually we were together so much I just stopped. I still crave one once in awhile but I will never buy another pack.

When I first moved here I got a speeding ticket and I missed the court date. I called to see what I needed to do and they said I would have to pay the fine and I would get a letter in the mail telling me what to pay. The letter never came and I just thought they forgot. Fast forward 5 years and at least 3 more tickets and two wrecks and I get pulled over by a rookie cop. It was about 7:30 in the morning and I was heading to work. I pulled into the parking lot and did not use my signal, so he pulls me. He tells me I have a warrant, but the court would not open til 9 am, so he arrests me and throws me in the pokie. I was 7 MONTHS PREGNANT! He even cuffed me from behind. Well at 9 am my boss was at the court house, paid the $65.00 dollars and got me out and then took me to work! It was still pretty scary cause I was in a real cell with real nasty girls! By law they should have taken me to the hospital, but since he was a rookie, he did EVERYTHING wrong. Moral-  I ALWAYS use my turn signals!hmm

Well, thank goodess for that!

In highschool, I had friends from both sides of the tracks, too.  But I didn't hang out with the troublemakers outside of school much.  If I did, it was usually at my house, whre they knew they had to be well-behaved!  They were the ones more into music than a lot of the regular guys in school.
