Argh.  I had my no-sleep night last night.  Not a single minute of sleep!  Don't know why, but I just couldn't doze off.

I'm expecting a mighty long nap at some point today. hmm.gif

Other than that, it looks like it's gonna be a pretty nice day other than the temp, the wind the snow and the clouds.  bleh.gif

So tired after having so little sleep this weekend. But Startup Weekend was amazing. I can't wait until we can release our service to the public. But Indiana has some weird laws about partnerships, so right now we have to keep everything under wraps until we're a real company.

Just checkin' in. Blah, Monday. I am on lunch, just had chicken & rice soup.
I'm not feeling well today...not sure what it is. Stomach is queezy, and I didn't sleep well last night. However, I haven't been sleeping well at all for weeks.

Anyone have suggestions on sleep aids...over the counter etc??
I've tried praying, reading, and going thru the alphabet A - Z naming things I'm grateful for, nothing puts me to sleep. When I do fall asleep, it's very light and never for long.

Funny thing is right now I'm exhausted I could put my head down and fall right to sleep here. But tonight in bed, I'll be wide awake...it's so annoying. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Darling I've tried valarian before- available at health food stores or now oftentimes by vitamins at the grocery store. All natural & it seems to work for me, but not good for taking like at 3 am after you've been tossing and turning for hours. You'll wake up way groggy.hmm

Darlene, for some reason if I take 3 ibuprofin and a hot bath right before bed I sleep the best, I think it clears my head and I am zonked. smile.gif

Well I just finished up our income taxes and my daughter's taxes, so now I guess I'm ready to begin working on other family members and friends taxes.  Luckily I didn't take on too many this year so it won't be too bad.  smile

Darlene, sorry you're having trouble sleeping lately.  Maybe your lack of sleep is stress related.....you've had enough of it lately.  Hope at least one of the suggestions the forum members gave will work for you.

I've been fighting this cough every since I got sick. I've been taking two Benedryl before going to bed. I don't know if the Benedryl is actually helping the cough any, but it certainly relaxes me enough that I can sleep somewhat soundly . . . and its cheap and non addictive.
