I am home sick todaysick.gif  I have been really tired for the past few days and the dizziness hasn't stopped. I was going to go to the doctor today, but I am not so sure that I should drivehmm

Good Morning all, we had a new computer system roll out yesterday and things are only working when they want to. On a good note, I have been excercising on the treadmill every day and I feel good da na na na na na. I have walked 10 miles since last Thursday. smile.gif
Five lbs lost allready, so I'm off to a good start.

 I am REALLY hoping that it is just a virus. I know a few people around here that had the same symptoms and it went away in about a week. Thanks for the prayers!smile

Good job, Spark!

I just got done running some server updates. These were big ones. The kind of thing that if one little part goes wrong, everything goes down. So far it looks like it went without a hitch. I've not found anything broken yet.

I squeezed into my husband's doctor's appointment because I was not any better. I have a sinus infection topped with bronchitis. cry She and my husband would not let me go into work today. So I return tomorrow.
Also the doctor is wondering if acid reflux may be triggering my husband's asthma. So she gave him a script to try and see if it helps.

woo, I dont know if you know it or not but Lysol is one of the worst things for people with asthma, it sends a coworker of mine into an attack if its sprayed in the bathroom and she is 30 feet away. I know alot of places of work like yours clean alot with stuff like that. Just a thought.
