This will result in a temporary knock-out of the station between 1 - 3 PM lasting up to 30 minutes.
I switched to RoadRunner Lite for the rest of my time in Milwaukee to save some cash. It's only 728k download but supposedly still a 512k upload so we should notice no problems with the station once the change is in effect. But I'll keep an eye on it and if it causes a problem I'll have them upgrade it back to the full Roadrunner.

That kind of stuff just ticks me off. I believe it's called price gouging! If anything you'd expect to pay more in the low population areas where they can't get enough business, but with Time Warner it's the exact opposite.
