Four Behind Bars in Osceola County Beating
Posted: 3/19/2008

A father and son are two suspects behind the severe beatings of two people in an Osceola County home. They're in jail along with two others police say are responsible for the crime. The attack happened at the four suspects' Middle Branch Township home the second week of January.Detectives say Todd Alberts Jr. and Sr., along with Robert McDowell and Jodi Pifer had "bad blood" with the victims. They are accused of inviting the two 20-somethings to their home and beating them.
The victims have recovered from severe injuries.

I always wonder when I hear stories like this on the news. Have people gone mad? Or is it overblown reporting.

I mean, was it a brutal beating or just a fight that broke out?

Oh, by the way, my Craigslist obsession is paying off HUGE today. My neighbors are gonna think I'm dealing drugs :)

So far my DVD's have sold (one big lot), a phone, a clock, some lamps, a pair of speakers. And it's barely past lunch! clap.gif
